1. Digital Product Nature

  • eSIMs are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or activated.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring device compatibility before purchase. Device compatibility details are provided on our website.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Failed Delivery: If your eSIM QR code or activation details were not delivered due to a technical error on our side.
  2. Activation Issues: If the eSIM cannot be activated due to an error attributable to us (not due to carrier restrictions or device incompatibility).
  3. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same eSIM twice and only one was used.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You purchased an eSIM for an incompatible device.
  • Network coverage is unavailable in your location (please check coverage before purchase).
  • You changed your mind after delivery.
  • The eSIM has already been activated or used.
  • Issues caused by third-party carriers beyond our control.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  2. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for the request.
  3. Our support team will review your case and notify you of approval or rejection.
  4. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

Since eSIMs are digital and tied to unique activation codes, exchanges are not possible once delivered.
